WATER

Water makes up 50 to 75 per cent of our body.
Water ensure our organ function properly & regulates body temperature. Water also transports oxygen to the cells & protects joints & organs. Lastly, water helps to detoxify our body naturally by diluting the concentration of toxins in the blood so the kidneys have an easier time eliminating them.
It is no wonder then that our body becomes sluggish when we don't drink enough water. When our body lacks water, we may experience these symptoms;
Headache
Stiff joints
Urinary tract infection
Constipation
Dry hand, lips, mouth, eyes & skin
Fatigue
We need to drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water, which is equivalent to eight glasses of water.

GOOD THING TO FOLLOW:
Make sure you drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. It's also a good idea to add some lemon juice or a slice of ginger into the water.
