HYDROTHERAPY & IT EFFECTIVENESS:

Tension and stress are unavoidable with today’s hectic lifestyles. They can take a heavy toll on the body and mind, and the most effective source of relief is total relaxation.
Today, you do not have to go to a natural hot or cold spring, or to a spa clinic or health spa resort to enjoy the goodness of hydrotheraphy. With the advancement in technology, it can now be experienced in the confort and privacy of one’s own home. Having a Home Spa SG-2000 in one’s master bath is like having the personal services of a physiotherapist, beautician and masseuse available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the cost and inconvenience.

Water and our body;
Our body is made up mostly of water. Approximately 85% of our brain, 80% of our blood and 70% of our muscle is water. Every cell in our body needs water to live. Water is thus very important to us.
Water helps remove the dangerous toxins that our body takes in from the air we breathe, the food we eat and the chemicals in the various products we use on our skin and hair. Other things water does for our body is to cushion our joints. Water carries oxygen and nutrients into our cells. Water also helps regulate our body temperature.

We need water to keep our metabolism working properly. In order for this to happen, theres is a certain level of water in each of our bodies that we need to maintain. If we don’t keep that amount, our bodies will start to dehydrate. Some of the things that may happen to our body if we do not have enough water are that our blood pressure can fall to dangerously low levels. Blood clots may form. Our normal kidney function is impaired. We may get terrible constipation, terrible dry skin, and increased incidence of urinary tract infections and will occuring headaches.

Beside dringking six to eight glasses of water in everyday to ensure sufficient water in our body, in other way is to ingest water that are beneficial to our body. The use of water to bring about health benefits is called hydrotheraphy.
